Data for your account and requests

UVS uses your name, email address, optional contact details, membership status, requests and messages to manage your account, handle your wishes and communicate with you. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Do not put passport, payment-card or medical details in free-text fields.

Use and access

Processing supports your request or service and helps prevent account misuse. Authorised UVS administrators can view requests and messages. Hosting and email use UVS service providers. If a fulfilment partner needs details for a booking, your concierge will discuss this with you first.

Retention and deletion

Your account data remain available while your account exists. You can edit your profile and delete your account, requests and messages in My UVS. Daily maintenance removes closed requests after 365 days. Security audit records are retained for up to 365 days. Any invoices are managed separately in business accounting.

Cookies

This site uses an essential session cookie for sign-in, language preference and form protection. No advertising trackers or analytics have been added.

Use the email address above for questions, access, a copy, correction, deletion or objections. You may also contact your national data protection authority with a complaint.

Requests and pricing

An account or enquiry is not a confirmed booking or payment instruction. Availability, service scope, tax, external costs, duration and cancellation arrangements are stated in your personal proposal. UVS confirms membership or bookings after you accept the arrangements.
